Our activities

Our Company has for years been carrying out activities aimed at cooperation with the residents of Kraków, the local community. The purpose of the campaign “It won't fit in a sewer!” is to increase people’s awareness in terms of appropriate usage of the sanitary devices, the influence of human activity on the quality of the environment, functioning of the urban sewage system and technologies used in sewage treatment plants.

Education workshops

Unsettling growls and howls are coming from Kraków sewers. Kraków Water suspects this may be linked to the dragon who got stuck in Wawel Castle dungeons centuries ago and later escaped into municipal sewers. A research mission is taken by Grandpa Ted, the scientist and Alex, his adventurous grandson. They encounter unexpected obstacles during their research. What hides in the sewers and why can't the dragon get out of them? You will learn all of this by booking your time on the “Bathyscaphe Expedition. Skrateks mission.”. These education workshops present the problem of waste irresponsibly thrown down the sewer in an interesting humorous way. Their motto is self-explanatory: “Remember, all of you, don't throw things in the loo!”.

Cooperation with institutions

As part of the Campaign “It wont fit in a sewer”, we are cooperating with Organizations/Institutions located in Krakow and struggling with the problem of improper use of sanitary facilities.
We provide them with information materials: leaflets, toilet seat stickers and dedicated posters. Thanks to them, we make people using the toilets at your facility aware of what “won't fit in a sewer”!
